Free Shipping Worldwide For All Our Straps

All our guitar straps are handcrafted in Spain and made to order. Please allow up to 2 working days for us to prepare and ship your strap after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking notification by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe: approximately 5–10 business days.
  • Canada: approximately 5–10 business days.
  • Other Countries: We ship with Correos, the Spanish National Postal Service. Delivery usually takes approximately 8–12 business days. If you require faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

⭐ Please note that during Christmas, Black Friday, and other peak periods, shipping carriers experience higher volumes and deliveries may take longer than usual.

Special Note for U.S. Customers

We ship all orders from Spain, which is part of the European Union.

For customers in the United States, two shipping options are available at checkout:

  • Free Shipping — 5–10 Business Days
  • Premium DDP Shipping — 3–5 Business Days
    Available for an additional shipping fee. Duties and taxes are included, with no additional customs charges upon delivery.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Worldwide shipping is available.

Customers within the European Union are not subject to import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes upon delivery, as all orders are shipped from Spain, a member of the European Union.

For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer if they are applied, except when the Premium DDP Shipping option is selected for U.S. orders.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@pardoguitarstraps.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@pardoguitarstraps.com with your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We review each case individually and will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
