Free Shipping Worldwide For All Our Straps
Our guitar straps are made in Spain one by one to order. Please allow 2 working days for your strap to be shipped after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping time for Europe customers is around 5 - 10 working days.
- Shipping time for Canada is normally around 5 - 10 working days.
- For other countries, we ship with Correos, the National Spanish Post Service. Shipping is free too, but delivery is slower, usually around 8 to 12 working days. If you need a faster shipping service, please contact us before placing your order, as an extra fee may apply.
⭐ Please note that during Christmas, Black Friday season, and other special dates, shipping companies are busier than usual, so deliveries may be delayed.

For U.S. customers, we offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Free Shipping — 5 to 10 Business Days: This is our most economical shipping option. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and, if charged, are the responsibility of the customer.
- Premium DDP Shipping — 3 to 5 Business Days: Available for an additional shipping fee. All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are prepaid by Pardo Straps, so there are no additional customs charges upon delivery.
Fast DDP delivery: with the Premium DDP Shipping option, your order should not be delayed at customs and will be delivered directly to your address with no extra customs costs at delivery.

Worldwide Shipping is Offered
Customers within the European Union are not subject to import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes upon delivery, as all orders are shipped from Spain, which is part of the European Union.
For customers outside the European Union, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches the destination country. Pardo Guitar Straps is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are the responsibility of the customer, except when the Premium DDP Shipping option is selected for U.S. orders. In that case, all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are prepaid by Pardo Straps.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@pardoguitarstraps.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pardoguitarstraps.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
