Handmade to Order in Spain

Every Pardo strap is individually handmade in Spain after the order is placed. The selected woven fabric, backing, leather ends and hardware are assembled specifically for your chosen configuration rather than taken from a standard mass-produced combination.

This made-to-order process allows you to create a strap that complements your instrument while providing the feel, length and construction details that suit your playing preferences. Slight variations in woven fabrics and leather are a natural part of the materials and contribute to the individual character of each piece.

Optional laser engraving can be added for an additional personal detail, making the finished strap especially suitable as a gift or as a distinctive accessory for your own instrument.

Custom Guitar Straps – FAQs

How do I design my custom guitar strap?

Start by choosing your preferred woven pattern from the collection. On the product page, select the available colorway, strap length and backing material. Then enter your preferred backing color, leather ends color, hardware finish, leather shape and leather end hole option in the corresponding customization fields.

Which parts of the guitar strap can I customize?

Depending on the product, you can choose the woven pattern color, strap length, backing material and color, leather ends color, hardware finish, leather shape and leather end hole size. Optional personalized laser engraving can also be added separately.

Which backing materials are available?

You can choose between Seatbelt, Cotton, Suede and Vinyl backing. Each material has its own range of available colors and provides a different feel, appearance and contact with the shoulder.

Can I order a long custom guitar strap?

Yes. The Long option is available only with Seatbelt or Cotton backing. Due to their construction, Suede and Vinyl backing are offered only with the Standard length.

What is the difference between the 8 mm and 10 mm leather end holes?

The standard 8 mm (5/16 inch) holes include a slit and are suitable for conventional guitar strap buttons. The 10 mm (approximately 3/8 inch) holes have no slit and are designed for Schaller-style strap locks. Check the requirements of your strap-lock system before choosing this option.

Can I add personalized laser engraving?

Yes. Optional laser engraving can be added to the leather end. Enter the requested name or text in the engraving form and add the corresponding engraving option to your order. A larger engraving option is also available separately.
