Guitar straps made are made to order, please allow 2 working days for ship your strap after receiving your order confirmation email  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • Shipping time for arrive to Europe customers is around 2-5 days. ( Via UPS, Fedex, or other)
  • Shipping time for arrive to US and Canada  is normally  around 2- 5 Days. ( Via UPS Or Fedex)
  • For other countries we sent by"Correos" ( National Spanish Post Service) It is free shipping charge too, but the delivery is slower, around 12 to 20 days. We can send faster with another Shipping company, such as UPS or any other, but will apply extra fee. Please, contact previously for apply a faster shippment service.

⭐ Please, note that during Christmas, Black Friday season,and other special dates, the post companies are more busy then, the deliveries can be delayed.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pardo Guitar Straps is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@pardoguitarstraps.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pardoguitarstraps.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

📦 Shipping Policy for the United States

Our guitar straps are shipped directly from Spain to the United States. According to current U.S. regulations, a standard 15% import duty applies to these products. In addition, courier companies such as UPS or FedEx may charge extra processing or brokerage fees for handling customs clearance.

We offer two shipping methods to the United States:

1. Free Shipping (DAP – Delivered At Place / Duties Unpaid)

  • This option includes free shipping.
  • Import duties (15%) and any additional courier fees are not included in the purchase price.
  • Once your order arrives in the United States, UPS, FedEx, or another courier could contact you to pay the required duties and fees before delivery.
  • ⚠️ Delivery time may be longer, since your package could be held at customs until all duties and fees are paid.
  • Recommended for customers who prefer to manage customs payments themselves.

2. Paid Shipping (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

  • This option includes a shipping fee, which covers:
    • The 15% U.S. import duty.
    • Any customs and brokerage fees charged by UPS, FedEx, or other couriers.
    • The export formalities in Spain.
  • With this method, all duties, taxes, and courier fees are paid by Pardo Straps.
  • ✅ Faster delivery: your order will not be delayed at customs and will be delivered directly to your address with no extra costs at delivery.
  • Recommended for customers who want a smooth, predictable, and quick delivery experience.
